Research Insights

  • Apps like Yelp are still very popular now. At least for the existing arrange app, it's still the first choice even if it has some problems but it doesn’t affect its vast market application. Users are more familiar and relied on the pictures and comments upload function and the scoring system in yelp, which should also be added to this app.

  • Users are curious but distrust apps that could filter out restaurants and do the decision for them. So when making the previous selections, this app should try to perfect the details of the problem as much as possible. Make the selection process transparent, allowing users to see the filtered restaurant and know the reason for filtering.

  • Users should also be allowed to update or modify their selections at any time. Improve programs so that users could make as few choices as possible but show more accurate results. This app should avoid starting over every time to reduce the need for users to overdo the same actions.

  • The real-time tracking of data from individual restaurants during the screening process depends on the needs of our customers. Let users know the current lining status, estimated waiting time, and parking spaces nearby. The information has timeliness which the app should let users understand the refresh period.
